Tasting notes from Tasmanian wine writer Phil Laing – pale, with a fine persistent bead. "Despite having spent 7 years on lees, the merest hint of autolysis showing as brioche and honey suckle with notes lime blossom, white stone fruit and acacia on the nose. Vibrant, elegant palate of lime, brioche, honey- comb and a characteristically long, dry savoury finish - full of finesse and elegance. "
